How The Fundraising Logo Mat Program Works:

1. Get artwork done first. We need the logo you want on the mats. This can be provided in an electronic version (preferred). We accept the following files:

.tiff
.bmp
.cdr
.eps
2. We will then submit the artwork to our artists and a mock-up will be provided within 72 hours. We will provide a copy of the artwork for your approval.
3. Once the artwork is approved and signed, you can submit your order. In order to
keep our pricing down, we require a minimum order of 50 logo mats.
4. Your logo mats will be shipped within 2-3 weeks after the order is submitted.
5. We will create a personalized flyer and order form for your school or organization when you purchase logo mats for a fundraiser, so that the participants can use them to help sell the product.

Set a starting date and an end date for your fundraiser - Usually 2-3 weeks is ideal.
Contact us to approve artwork and place your order - Allow 3 weeks for delivery.

We will provide a personalized flyer that you can print and provide to all of the
participants.
Clearly Set Goals and Expectations with your participants. Make sure that
your "salesmen" know what they are getting in return for their hard work.
Have your team or club meet to introduce the product. At this meeting, have each participant make a list of family and friends who would be interested in supporting your organization. Get parents involved to help sell and purchase.
Plan where to sell, how to sell and to whom to sell. Some great sales opportunities include: Games, Pep Rallies, School Functions, Local Stores or Businesses, neighbors and relatives.
